Handling Walk-In, Tele-In, External Customers (Corporate/ Field Visit) and works along with them to offer the best product suitable to their needs. Manages sales and prospects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Outlook
- Maintain Right Attitude/ Good Communication skills/ Punctuality/ Discipline Executive Attire.
- 100% Monthly Booking & Delivery Target Achievements.
2. Managing All the Sales Details
- Enquiry handling defining 9 MOT’S (Moment of Truths).
- Capturing mandatory customer’s information on ETC (Enquiry Tracking Card).
- GDMS entries on daily and regular basis.
- Vehicle Demonstrations to customers/ comparisons with competitors.
- Test Drive initiation and maintaining 70% ratio overall.
- Pitching finance options/ Insurance/ Accessories/ Extended Warranty and get updated from Finance Manager/ Accessory Head.
- Explaining month’s Hyundai offer and bifurcations of the price list.
- Order Booking form adherence.
3. Co-Ordinate Order to delivery
- Updating Booking follow up regularly basis.
- Delivery Timing/ Delivery Process using Zero day concept (Conveying Time/ date of delivery after taking customer’s appointment).
- Clearing accounts formalities and procuring gate pass a day prior.
- Ensuring delivery car in up-to-date condition before time.
- Introducing CRM to the delivery customer.
- Adherence of Happiness check list maintaining 10/10 rating at the time of delivery.
- Being present at the time of demonstration with the Showroom Service Advisor.
4. Post Sales Responsibility
- Asking Customers for a Reference with good experience offered.
- Follow-up within 24hrs with the customers acknowledging his purchase.
- Home Visit to customers after 15days from the date of delivery.
5. General Responsibilities
- Be present for morning meetings on time.
- To work as a helpful team member across dealership and suggest improvements to immediate superior.
- Ensures successful Operation – 900 (SSI – Score) for maintaining high level of customer service.
- Uses all online formats/ reports for reporting personal performance against targets.
Key Result Areas:
- Achieving Sales Targets on Volume/ Value on all parameters (Refer Goal Sheet).
- Crossing the optimal ratios of conversion (Lead – Appointment -Test drives- Closure bookings).
- Have external customer’s feedback with zero complaints.
- Update oneself through personal training and development.
- Be a self learner for new products/ competitors products and share such data.
- Form ideas for external events to have steady pipelines.
