Job Description
Major Roles & Responsibilities: • Co-ordination with MOU Cell for MOU related activities (I.e Tax Paid Certificate for SGST). • Preparation and submission of refund claim with the Government of Maharashtra • Passing necessary accounting entries relating to MoU refunds and payments if any to be made. • Handling activities relating to MIDC and other Government Departments @Mumbai and Pune Office • Clarifying queries raised in relation to verification of Subsidy by MIDC • Co-ordinate and obtain MOU Eligibility Certificate from MIDC for completion of HMI Obligation • Co-ordinate with MIDC for execution of legal documentation for receiving refunds / subsidies • Follow up for Pending MOU related issues with various Government agencies. • Handle all TDS/TCS Payments & Company’s obligation w.r.t to Personal Tax related matters of employees • Reconciliation of TDS/TCS receivables with Books of Accounts Education: M.Com / CA – Inter Relevant /Total Experience: 3-6 Yrs.
